Important Information.

I try to ship all orders with 2 - 3 working days. However, in busier periods it may take me 7 days to fufill your order.

You can also choose which shipping company you prefer to have ship your order. I use Royail Mail, Evri & DPD. International orders are always shipped using Royail Mail tracked.

If you are ordering from overseas please bare in mind that your order will take significantly longer. Again, I have no control over this. It can take between 2 and 5 weeks for your order to reach you. Please consider this BEFORE ordering.

A lot of international orders are sent tracked and I will always email you the tracking details so you can track the order yourself.

Please also allow time for your order to arrive. Whenever an order is shipped, I always send conformation via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I may also remove some dies from their packaging in order to allow me to ship the order the quickest and safest way (ie, tracked ) This is not so that I can save on postage costs etc as the cost of postage goes from the weight of the parcel.

It is possible that you may also have to pay a customs fee to receive your order. I have no control over this at all. Again, please consider this BEFORE placing your order.

International orders are at your own risk. Once the package has left the Uk no refunds will be given.

RETURNS

No returns are accepted, all orders are final.
