    How do customers redeem a reward?

    Once you have enough points to redeem a award, you will get an email notification and can see the reward on your My Rewards page of your site.

     

    When you click 'Get Coupon' next to the relevant reward you will receive a coupon code. You can copy that code and apply it at checkout for your reward.
